HIPAA Guidelines

Our office complies with HIPAA guidelines in regards to transmission and sharing of patient information. When you visit our office you will be offered a copy of HIPAA guidelines and asked to sign a form noting that you have been offered a copy.

As we do transmit insurance claims electronically a signature is required of all our dental patients. Please be advised that we do our utmost to maintain doctor – patient confidentiality. We value your privacy and the security of your information.
